I want to be a hotel receptionist !?

how hard is this job.. im going to turn 18 in a month and im going to apply at a doubletree hotel... how hard is it to be a receptionist.. what will i have to do if its my first time at this position? i do have a high school diploma and i will start college in 2 months

It isn't difficult.. I worked for Hamton Inn for 5 years. They pay isn't great but most hotels offer employee rates when you travel and that can save you alot! Our hotel was mostly business travelers, but we had families and tourists too.The computer programs used by hotels are very easy to learn and self explanitory. Good Luck!
