Do I need to get a BA/BS in Quality Assurance and/or be QA certified to move into management?

I currently hold a BS degree in Mathematics and I have one year of Quality Assurance experience in the Health Care Sector. Your advice will be considered before I do my next move. Thanks !

I would look at the type of job you want on a job website, download the essential criteria for the job. Try this with several jobs and you should soon see the type of qualifications they are looking for. In our busineess QA is totally separate to management. We look for specific management qualifications, e.g. Diploma in Management.
