Would it be okay if I ticked these three boxes at once?: Full-time, part-time and job-share? Or would it look better if I stuck to full-time....

It really doesn't matter... if you are going for a full time then check full time... if not check them all and then in the interview you can specify that you would prefer blank, however you are available to also work blank.

In this tough economy its best to have full-time.

Dont tick them all!! Then its like you are desperate and would take anything. Tick Full Time and Flexible Hours, but not Part Time (unless you want part time only)
