how do i get a career in health and safety?

i'm wanting to start a career in health and safety. i've looked at doing my NEBOSH certificate. is this all i'll need? also how easy is it to get into a job once i've done that? and how much rougly is the starting salary? i'm so stuck as i dont know where to get advice from. any advice will help please xx

In the UK. Just google Health and Safety Executive and it will come up with their website, which has a section on careers with them. Apart from the information there, I'm sure there is a telephone no. for you to make your own personal enquiry. Good luck - I believe it is a good career as HSE is involved in everything now - pay is quite good too!!

you have to be sure you want to have a career in health and safety and if you are sure then get all certificates that are sure or almost sure to get you a job in health and safety because it is not only your NEBOSH certificate you need.
