Can i be the president ceo and head chef/cook of a big fancy restaurant in a big city?

Absolutely but you will need a really good Dining Room Mgr. and a very good back up chef or cook just in case you can't be there. I think you will do Great as long as you serve Great food...

If you own the restaurant you can do whatever you want to do, as long as it is legal.

I would assume that you could. I used to work at a restaurant and the head cook was the owner
