I am doing CNA as we speak.. and we had a discusson about that. I can not remember..I know that if you have a history of violence then no..you can not work as a cna..

I don't think so. My dad use to run a county wide senior center that served meals and held activities and they also delivered meals to shut in. It was a government program and he could not hire any felons or have any of his volunteers be felons. They are very careful about who is around the sick and the elderly. Felons of any sort are no longer allowed in our school either!!
