You do know a radiologist is a medical doctor (MD) don't you? Do you mean an Xray technologist? In either case it depends on what credits you are talking about & where you got them & where you are trying to transfer them to. The place you are trying to transfer them to will evaluate & let you know. If you were at a for-profit career college; usually they don't transfer anywhere. If they are just general education classes at a community college , then some will transfer.
