How long does it take to become a radiology technician?
Asked by babygirl
My husband is in the army and I know this job is offered pretty much everywhere so it would be perfect for me! I was wondering if anyone knows how long the schooling for it usually takes? And if theres any way I can take the classes online because hes in national guard right now and is being deployed next month but he may go active when he gets back from his deployment and i want to make sure my schooling isnt a problem..? Thanks!

Usually 2 years for an associates. Maybe an extra year depending on if you need to take prerequisites such as biology, human anatomy and physiology I and II, chemistry, etc. http://www.jrcert.org/cert/Search.jsp (list of accredited schools including distance/online learning)
