I believe leadership is a pretty important skill-set when you work at a warehouse or factory so it would be a good idea to discuss a leadership role you took on a group project either in high school or college. If you can provide an example of a time when you helped group members compromise on some of their differences, that would add a lot of value on your resume. Maybe you approached a group member who was reluctant to contribute to a project and motivated him/her to change his/her behavior. When you work in a factory, you come across people from all walks of life. If you are an effective communicator, that would be a tremendous asset. It is vital that you touch on these examples on your resume and list them as bullet points. Do not elaborate too much since employers do not have the luxury of time or energy to read everything. If you get called for an interview, that is when you discuss your experience in detail. Inform them that you are hungry to learn and willing to start from the bottom. Since companies have their own software in auto plants and factories, you need to let them know that you are a fast learner when it comes to technology. This will also send a subtle message that if future hires do not have a lot of exposure to technology, you are capable of taking a leadership/managerial position to train them.
Good luck with everything. I wish you all the best.

Job objective goes first than the the education and then the list of Skills or experiences. Just list what programs you have learned. Or anyone that you know or who knows you really well put them as a references, up to 3 or 4 would be good. Good luck!
