what should i wear to my interview at a factory job?
Asked by pfr305
apparently i will tour the factory with the plant manager. i was told to bring steeltoe boots. should i still wear nice clothes with the boots or what? Any ideas from factory workers out there?

Best Answer:
Are you female or male? Most factories either have uniforms with dark bottoms and a button up collared shirt with patches, or they wear jeans and a tee. If you are female, i'd say nice jeans (not too fitted, nto to baggy, modern wash, boot cut) and a polo shirt (collared). If you're a man...I'm guessing you could get away with the same look..just don't wear jeans that are faded, out of date, or have holes. Showing up in a suit is clearly not the right thing to do, and i dont think dress pants will look good with steel toes

A:
yes, button up shirt with the boots.
