Is it possible to get a non-teller banking job with no experience in the field?

If so, which positions within the bank would those be? (banking/finance related) Forgot to mention: no experience in the field, but a Bachelors in Finance.

You need an internship or something similar to break in. Either that or join investment clubs in college and try to establish contacts that way.

You could probably easily get a job being a personal banker but Its a crappy job.

It is usually where you start at a bank.. As a teller after 6 months you can usually post for another position. I have been in banking for 18 years and have seen many people with a degree start as a teller... to get their foot in the door.

Pretty much probably gonna start as a teller. I suppose you could be put in card services or something. Either way expect to deal with the public and get real crappy pay.
