What are the requirments to be able to drive an Armored Bank truck?

I am interested in driving an armored truck for the banks. I was wondering if you could tell me what are some of the requirments. Also do they have any benefits. Thank you so much.

Requirements: License for and knowledge of how to use a weapon. Confidence. Benefits: Sense of importance and right to call yourself a badass. :P

You need to know how to use a fire-arm for a start.
