You may or may not. It will depend on the state and the amount you would be entitled to. example If you were eligible for $200 per week and are only making $100 per week, then you should be able to draw the other $100.

ONLY if your unemployment benfit will be more than what you are making at wal-fart. you have to contact the employment department to find out how much your benefit would be.
