What's a good job title for my responsibilities?
Asked by mark e
Currently "Administrative Assistant" but am responsible for assisting in environmental reporting, DOT regulations, hazardous waste management, training and some inventory control. Need a "business" sounding title because I'm an Accounting major.

Are you suggesting they rename your job, or are you putting together a resume? If it's the second, go with whatever your actual title is. Otherwise, you may have a problem if a potential employer calls your current employer to verify your job. If it's the first case, how about "Environmental Coordinator?" Coordinator is one of the new popular terms, you just need to find the right adjective to put in front of it.

Environmental Regulatory Specialist or just Regulatory Specialist
