Can a drug testing lab require that the door be left open during the actual specimen collection?
Asked by OTeez
Can a drug testing lab require that the door be left open during the actual specimen collection? My brother has a friend that is going to take a drug test next wed. He plans to possibly utilize someone else's urine. Can he get away with that? Do labs in Nevada and California require the door be left open? I know as a girl they allow me to close the door but I heard it is not the same for men. What are the guidlines? Yeah, pot is bad. Now that that is established, please provide constructive input on the question

OTeez...sometimes there may be a person observing the procedure for a man...not sure about females though (I have saw with my own eyes a Probation Officer watch some dude piss) to make sure it was kosher...they may be able to determine if the urine is fresh or not...(temperature/color/aroma)...it is risky...but people have got away with it...
