How much does a manager of a large department store earn?
Asked by shannobananno
I am talking about the general store manager. If it varies widely, what is an approximate range? About how many hours a week do they usually work? Thanks!

I don't know exactly, but I will take a stab at it. A drugstore manager makes about 50-90k depending on the exact chain you work for and other factors. And I believe a Walmart manager can make about 125-150k. So I would expect that a department store manager falls somewhere in between, perhaps around a 100k to 120k maybe. I would expect that they probably work in the neighborhood of 50 hours/week, give or take 5 either way.
