How can I move from a clerical healthcare job to a technical one?

I have started a clerical-administrative job in healthcare. I would like to do more hands-on work than administrative, and I want to make at least 12.00 per hour.

Training. Medical Assistant might be a good choice since it is a job that is part clerical and part clinical. Good luck.
