Career Questions and Answers

Disappointed
Is a company legally allowed to post an employee's union grievances on a wall for other employees to see ?
Asked by Disappointed
I have given the union 6 grievances and the company has tried to make me an example by posting them in the break room window. It also shows my private phone number; I have received numerous prank calls. Then below it is an article of Dear Abby about what happens to someone when they can't keep their month shut. I believe a lot of this must be illegal. Please any comments appreciated.
