tidy profressional and crisp Not necesssarily white but something that looks clean, bright and crisp. Check out the salon first... do they use white uniforms. Some use other colours like lavender etc. I'm not saying use their colours, but wear something that makes you look like part of the business.

my friend owns a spa and she says to wear buisness atire that shows you have good posture and features. present yourself as easy to talk to and a listner

For any interview, you should wear a clean, well maintained outfit that is comparable to what you would wear while performing the job.
