Are there any home purchasing incentives for nurses willing to relocate to Florida?

I have heard that due to the nursing shortage Florida was offering nurses who will relocate to the the state a home mortgage with zero percent or low percent on their home mortgages. Is their any truth to this? I am making a move to Florida and want to know before I get there so I can set it up.
