How much do you think this job would pay per hour?
Asked by Steve
I already work for the company that is offering this position. I'm a mail clerk right now. I'm thinking of applying for the position of Shipping Coordinator. Here's the job description:
Company seeks a Shipping Coordinator. Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, this position is responsible for the preparation and processing of outbound first class mail per U.S. Postal Service and all UPS packages. Provides ancillary support to the Shipping/Receiving team relative to the distribution of expedited packages throughout the organization. The Shipping Coordinator performs all necessary duties required to provide for the timely and accurate distribution of mail throughout a multi-campus environment. Shipping Coordinator will also assist with snow removal, snow plowing, and/or salting walks, roads and parking lots. Position will be in charge of storage archives. Assists in completion of assigned Facilities duties as required.
This position requires at least one year previous shipping/receiving experience. Must have clear driving record. Individual must have PC Skills, basic math skills, and strong organization skills. Experience with UPS Campus Ship is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly.
I should add that the company is in Milwaukee Wisconsin. It's a small company with about 200 employees. I've been with the company for 1 year and 3 months. I currently make $10.00 an hour.

Well there's more info needed. Pay rates vary greatly based on where the job is located and your past experience. Also, how long have you been with the company? They might pay you more/less than the average applicant based on your length of employment and the history of your employment.
