How to configure Preventive Maintenance in Siebel using Siebel tools?

Im Using Siebel v7.7. I know to configure Siebel Call Center and dont have any idea of EIM & EAI. I want to know how to configure Siebel field Service(preventive maintenance in particular) using Siebel tools. Thanks for reading my question. Please help me.

When you say preventive maintenance, do you mean a particular module in Siebel Field Service? I am assuming it would be pretty much like configuring other modules in Siebel (table, BC's, applets, etc.). Just note that some BC's are based on special classes with special implementation like e-mail-related BC's.
