I need help in how to answer the following question for a school maintenance supervisor position?

Please explain how your past personal and professional experience make you a quality candidate for the position for which you are applying.
I am very knowelegable in all that is required for the job. I am perfect for it, but do not know how to begin answering the above question. I've drawn up a blank. Please help.

Dude You don't make it easy,since I would have no clue as to what you listed as past personal or professional experience, you will get less than educated advise.
I have been the last___ years learning the skills required for this position, and have the strength to do it. I do understand that there are aspects which some applicants might generally overlook , however I have considered all the factors required for this position and I know this is what I want to do. Let me also point out to you that having all my experience is in fact proof this position is not merely a stepping stone for me . I look forward to caring for this building for many years to come.
I hope you understand that with more information I t can be made more personable but you can add that flavor I'm sure . Good Luck with your new job.
