Please explain how your past personal and professional experience make you a quality candidate for the position for which you are applying. I am very knowelegable in all that is required for the job. I am perfect for it, but do not know how to begin answering the above question. I've drawn up a blank. Please help. This is what I have so far. Would it coincide and answer the question? You could start out with something like this: My personal and professional experience as a school maintenance supervisor will enable me to perform the essential functions of this position in the following ways: Ability to perform grounds keeping and minor maintenance. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships. Ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions and temperatures. Ability to observe and report needs for maintenance and supplies. Ability to get along with students, teachers and general public. Ability to climb and work from ladders or scaffolds. Ability to move furniture, supplies and materials. Physical dexterity, mobility, and strength to stoop, climb, lift heavy weights, and reach parts and supplies.

First study their job requirements. and then indicate an example of how ur past prof experience fits to it. for e.g. I did so and so stuff (which will stand out to their requirement). Hope this helps!!

Dude You don't make it easy,since I would have no clue as to what you listed as past personal or professional experience, you will get less than educated advise. I have been the last___ years learning the skills required for this position, and have the strength to do it. I do understand that there are aspects which some applicants might generally overlook , however I have considered all the factors required for this position and I know this is what I want to do. Let me also point out to you that having all my experience is in fact proof this position is not merely a stepping stone for me . I look forward to caring for this building for many years to come. I hope you understand that with more information I t can be made more personable but you can add that flavor I'm sure . Good Luck with your new job.
