My first thoughts are this: Drop the supermarket job, it has nothing to do with business experience. Don't list every class you've taken in your major, that's just not a correct format. If you're a graduate it should look like
B.S. Business Administration, XXX University, Spring 1998 or "degree pending".
Clean up the business experience to include more active language. Answering 40 calls a day isn't much, so you might say managing incoming calls or heavy phones or whatever. Remember to always use big verbs for this type of thing.
You can write me if you need more help.

To assist you better . . . did you graduate for Widener or just take general courses?

It looks pretty decent but some of the language you use on your experiences needs to be a little stronger. Ex:Manage difficult customers who are late on payments
Most companies will assume that you've come across difficult customers with late payments so there's no need to add that.
Also "Managed University Center Files" Try using the word "Maintained.
Have you viewed any sample resumes to give you a better idea o your wording?

try listing ONLY the experiences you've had that are directly related to the job you are pursuing. the worst thing you could ever do is ramble on in a resume. you want to make it direct & to-the-point.
additionally, another thing you want to do, is find out ALL you can about the company in which you wish to work, & find out ALL about their immediate needs. this is how you get the jobs you want. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! i'm currently pursuing an astronaut career, & I did MY homework B4 I EVER even started college to take that path.
finally, another thing you can do, is find out where people in your desired field hang out, & restaurants they frequent. when you visit, sit near another table that has ppl @ it just b silent, turn off yer cell ph, beeper, etc. IF u heard something said about the field in which u pursue, politely speak up ONLY IF circumstances permit. IF U DO get that chance, then take that opportunity to introduce yourself & share your desire to pursue the job you want. you'd b surprised @ how quick ppl come outta the cracks when U strike up a conversation, & others find out what u have in common w/ them.
