How to become a virtual recruiter?

I have a few years of recruiting experience and would like to become a virtual recruiter. Is there anyone out there that is currently a virtual recruiter and can give me some advice. I've seen jobs posted on some of the job boards, but some of these seem to good to be true. Also, how are you compensated? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I work for Lee & Associates as a virtual recruiter. I make a decent living and they are hiring.
