Do electronics engineers have to do drafting / technical diagrams using pen and paper?

I want to be an electonics engineer.... do they need to draw out technical super accurate digrams and stuff? I know they use Computer Aided Deisgn, that dosn't bother me, but i suck at drawing technical drawing with pen and paper, do they have to do draw techincal diagrams? Also, do electrical engineers need to do techincal drawing? Also, do electrical engineers need to do techincal drawing?

Pen and paper is of the past. Today every technical drawing is done on the computer. Computer Aided Design is one of the class you have to do in College.
