I worked at Target a store in Newport News, VA as a Sales Floor Team Member from August 2007 to December 2007. Duties included re shopping (carts of merchandise found in other departments that belong in yours that you must put back where they belong.), Stocking the shelves with new merchandise, helping customers find merchandise, occasionally go to the front end and help cashiers if needed, also you must zone the shelves to make sure everything is pulled forward and facing forward. It was okay working there but the pay was not very good. I made $6.75 p/h starting pay. It wasn't my favorite job in the world as the work was not by any means easy and my managers were not very friendly. I ended up leaving because they refused to adjust my schedule so I didn't have to close because I didn't have a ride at midnight. I had to quit because they wouldn't cooperate.
I worked at Target for 4 months.

Being on your feet for eight solid hours.
Constantly restocking merchandise.
Picking up discarded clothing and returning it to the proper rack.
Low pay.
Still, it's a nice store and a lot worse places to work are out there.

Customer interaction, constantly facing products, keeping things neat and clean. Never worked at Target, but the principles are the same wherever you work. Cheers!
