What is the best way to get hired by a Retail store like WetSeal or OldNavy?

It seems like it is impossible to get hired by these jobs these days. I have tried every store and it seems like I can never get hired. What do I have to do in order to get hired?

shop there, bust the workers chops and complain to the manager about them, if someone gets fired it could be an opening for you

my mom works in retail, and it's horrible, she's been working at walmart for 5 years and just barely makes 11$ an hour, but luckily she's only working for pocket money

Make sure you are dressed well even when you go in for an application. Don't just fill out two applications...fill out ten on that one day. Have your resume on hand. A cover letter helps as well too.
