UEI offers an 8 month certificate program. I need a career fast! With such a certificate do you think I will be able to find a good paying Medical Billing & Insurance Coding position?

it would be a good career for some one entering the work force -- but it is usually a dead end position!!!

if you're good you can make alot of money. it is a good field
