Where can I find a Medical Assistant job in Cleveland?

I moved to the Cleveland area a year ago, I have over 20yrs experience as a Medical Assistant but yet I can't seem to find a decent job.
I've been to the hospital web sites, I have my resume posted on yahoo, I've cold called, but still I can't get anywhere.
I finally took a job in a specialty office but I really want Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

i would look at PureMedicalJobs.com MA page that shows lots of ma jobs and also call local offices and see if they are hiring
