Security work on cruise liners is contracted to firms who employ ex military personnel for the security work due to new threats & risks etc, it's not an easy type of work to get into at the best of times. Not sure about massage therapy but there's a load of other jobs available on the cruise liners, especially in the hospitality side of things.
Have worked on a few big ships and have friends who work on cruise liners.
