How much does a Medical assistant make in MN?

I was wonderin gif a medical assistant is a good job. I'm living alone no kids will I be able to live off of being a medical assistant. Is there many job options and openings? Some one please give me some advise teachers and councers at school just want money and say everything is good thanks!!
