I need these specific hours and there a limited job opportunities in my town so I'm wondering if this is possible or does walmart do rotating schedules or something. Also does anyone know what the starting pay usually is?

If you move to Hawaii and work at Wal-Mart Store #2321, you can get 9am to 2pm shifts, and starting pay is $12.
Employed there for 12 years

It's retail. I have never worked there but would say it's possible. Apply and state the hours you want to work and see if they give you a call.

Not likely that you can get those hours, it's not exactly their busy times, and a lot of mom's with school age kids would like those hours. You can ask, but would be a surprise if they said OK
