getting a job at a t shirt printing company?

im going to apply for a job at a t shirt printing company (it will be my first job if i get it) im just want to know if anyone thinks i would have a better chance at getting it as i have a BND in graphic design and i have over 4 years experience of using Adobe Photoshop which the shop uses to create their designs to be printed on the t shirts.
