What are some good seasonal winter jobs with room and board?

does anybody know of any parks, resorts or any other ideas of seasonal jobs for the winter. Probably in custodial work, housekeeping, food service, general labor stuff. Preferably somewhere south like florida or carolinas. A seasonal winter job with room and board preferably in the south somewhere. Thanks in advance!
