that got all A's last year except for 2 C's in woodshop (which by the way was the best grade the teacher gave) to find a job in Massachusetts? Also let's say that this person isn't that social, but is willing to push his boundaries.

Here in DC the federal gov't hire many mentally challenged people. Maybe you can do a resume for him and send it out to different.
