What additional training for Medical Assisting wanting to be a vet tech?

Can anyone tell me what I would need to do to get more training or what type of training I would need. I've just finished a year and 1/5 of school for MA and certification in phlebotomy, what other do I need to do to work at a vets?

I believe that the person has had to obtain their associate's (two year) degree from an accredited program in vet tech as well as completed a clinical fieldwork experience as part of graduation.
