EDUCATION 2008 Triton College-Network Management certificate A+ ,NETWORK+ ,MCP, MCTS,MCSA,CCNA certified.(Currently working towards MCSE) Bilingual Polish/English WORK EXPERIENCE Computer system technician 2006 – Present xyz company at ........ Maintaining business computer network/ program installations Upgrading computer hardware and software. Adding new computers to existing network.(Active directory) Troubleshooting computer and network problems. Aiding employees with use of Microsoft programs Maintaining server2003 File, print and DNS server. Running tape backups. Computer / Web specialist 2005 – 2006 xyz company at ..... Web developing and web maintenance Computer troubleshooting and maintenance. Sales Representative 2004-2005 xyz company at...... Selling, demonstrating and advising customers on various computer products. Addressing clients questions and concerns. References available upon request.

You should put some volunteer information on there. It will make you look more like a human and not a robot. If you don't have any volunteer work, just make something up. It looks like you've already done that on some things.

Consider getting rid of the OBJECTIVE altogether, that's a given. I'd put EDUCATION last and I still favor SKILLS SUMMARY with EMPLOYMENT HISTORY as a separate section.

In your first line, either take out "a" or change it to "an" so it is proper English. In fact, you may want to be a little more aggressive here, indicating you want a position that will lead to more responsibility once you have demonstrated your ability. Under Work Experience should Server2003 be capitalized? If not, should there be a space between Server and 2003? Is running tape backups something that requires expertise? If not, omit it. It sounds one step above sweeping the floor and adds nothing. You might want to switch your bilingual status to English/Polish but I'm not sure it makes any difference. Good luck!

Change your objective to something like...To be an efficeint and competent IT for "Stiffsuits.Inc." For the CST postition were you recognised for any achievements? Did you learn any cutting edge programs...ways to solve problems, WS postion...um name the programs you have experience using Sales Rep- harp on your interpersonal skills This is the best i can suggest as im dont know anything about the IT field but it's yours if you need it!
