What are the duties of a housekeeper?

Can anyone please give me the specifics other than "clean the house"? Im going to move in with a family that will give me room and board in exchange for 20 hours a week of cleaning. I know how to clean and such however I don't exactly know what a housekeepers responsibilities are. Or does it differ by household?

Differs from house to house. Typically cleans and cooks the meals. Perhaps grocery shopping, small bits of babysitting if there's any kids, and also any small errands.
