How do I get an evening/weekend part time job?

Ok....I am a stay at home mom to two kids under 4. I do not want to leave them at daycare/babysitter, but would like to work when my husband gets home and on weekends. I am itching to work!!! I need something where I can start at 7pm on weeknights and any time on weekends. Any ideas??? Thanks!!!!!
