What is the average salary for an executive assistant and office manager at a non-profit organization in LA?

What are the average salaries for a) an executive assistant/board liaison and b) an office manager of nonprofit organization, a private foundation, and a museum are in Los Angeles? What is the salary range is for such positions? Thank you!

Honestly it depends on the size and funding of the organization and their general operating expenses. Some nonprofits can pay better than others, based on where and how they obtain their funding.

Private foundations and museums are both considered NPOs (non-profit orgs). As far as the LA area, look at the larger more established ones and stay away from the start up/new NPOs. Nation wide, last reports I saw for those types of positions was generally around the 30k-36k area to start out at. Since you're looking at a major metropolitan area, it might be more. But how much, I can't say. But the more revenue generated by the NPO, the more they'll be willing to pay.
