Depend really, but most practically, most people I know who has a Chemistry degree either pursue a higher education in Med School or Pharmacy School. If that's not your cup of tea, then apply to work as a Researchers in one of the Pharmaceutical lab, or if you prefer more of a business environment, then apply to one of the big Pharmaceutical companies as one of their clinical project assistant like tracking drugs study progress and approval with the FDA. Such companies includes Johnson & Johnson, Baxter, Amgen, Allergan, etc...

Depending on what you want to do, you could work in wall street (industrial stocks and whatnot), become a researcher/professor (obviously), become an engineer, go into the pharmaceutical industry/develop drugs (organic chemistry major), or become a high school teacher.
