what is a construction lawyer and what area does the law student specialize in while attending law school.?

I have 25 yrs in the construction industry as a contract administrator and Inspector, I plan on attending a local law school but i don't want to waste my time as this will be my second career.

Here's a link to a construction attorney's blog that might be useful. My guess is that you could focus on a variety of things, depending on what exactly you want to do (i.e. labor and employment, administrative law, contract negotiations, etc).
