You would need to check the web site for airlines that operate in the city you live in and see if they are hiring, and if they are what jobs are available in your area. They will not pay to relocate you to their headquarters office where most of the office jobs would be located but there will be some local administration positions. Operations wise you would have to get hired in as an entry level position and work you way up the chain if you have not done actual work for an airline. All the big carriers will require work experience in the field for operations critical positions.

The airlines are losing tons of money and many are closing down. There are plenty of experienced airline people that have been laid off that are ahead of you for jobs who can go to work immediately.
Never look for work in an industry that is losing money badly. As the jobs will not last.
