what would i be doing at a gold mine in Alaska?

Ok so im about to sign up for this job. Im 18 and im gonna be doing general labor in Alaska. Now i just wanna know what type of work would they have me do there for 25.00 an hour thanks!

I live in Alaska and do contract work at both the Ft Knox and Teck Pogo gold mines. General labor can be doing anything from moving recently dug dirt onto a conveyor belt to cleaning the dirt and dust that accumulates on the equipment. If you email me which mine you are going to work at - I will tell you the 'inside scoop'. Both mines have fantasic safety records and the people really care about nobody getting hurt. FYI- Pogo mine is known for awesome food - especially their home made cookies. No joke. Email me.
