I am interviewing for a Radio Ad Sales Account Exec. position tomorrow, what is expected pay?

I am a seasoned account executive. Radio Sales is a new animal to me. The company is a small family owned broadcasting group with 4 stations. Please explain if this position is compensated by a base w/ commission or straight commission by todays standard in the industry. How and what should I use as leverage to gain the best compensation package. What is the expected national average in this field?

Why don't you go to a couple of those salary websites to look it up. Then you could at least have some idea and then use that as leverage.
