What is a retail visual display associate? ?

Macy's have a position called retail visual associate and i was wondering what is it never heard of it can someone explain in detail what it is?

ditto loika this just means that you will be the person who goes around the store and sets up their display windows, end caps, mannequins, etc this can be tedious, but can actually be great experience for a visual merchandising job in a large company later.

a fancy word for someone who sets up displays around the store.
