Call the place that issued them, or the place where you took the training.

call the state board of nursing or whoever issued your license in the first place.

You need to do three things. #1. Use spell check. #2. Don't use all capital letters when you type. #3. Contact the agency that issued your license. They would have a record and should charge a minimal fee for a replacement.
