I once worked as a merchandiser at a store. Are you a good team player? Get along with a variety of people from different cultures and levels of education? You will need to be physically capable. Are you organized, you will need to be able to call on your memory skills. Are you adaptable to change? Good customer service skills for all levels of management come into play.
