When in an admin job have you shown the ability to evaluate services and suggest improvements?

This is another of the questions I need to answer with examples for the admin job I am applying for.

Evaluation is made in order to improve the services.
I do not know in which field you are working.
There may be many areas of service which can be evaluated and betterment can be suggested. You would have already done it , and you will have to recall these instances and put them on paper.

have you ever made a suggestion to a colleague or boss about improvements or different ways of working? or commented on the effectiveness of a service - if so write about it and when writing write it to the structure of the STAR analysis

Think about simple things you have suggested. It could be a different method of doing your normal routine duties or making the filing system more effective.
Don't look to deeply into the question - I'm sure there are things that you've changed at work but just never thought about it in the way that the question is asked.
